If you are new to CrossFit, you may be surprised that there is quite a mix of sports applied in the program. Our CrossFit workouts are comprised of varied functional movements performed at high intensity with exercises including gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. We have new programs daily to switch up routine and keep things exciting so you are always looking forward to something new. As part of our mission to deliver top quality service to all our members, we offer CrossFit training in a very friendly and motivating environment.
CrossFit for Mums with Bubs
Hit two birds with one stone when you sign up for our mums and bubs CrossFit class. There is nothing like working hard to shed off pregnancy pounds while bonding with your bundle of joy. At BT Fitness, we bring together all mothers who aim to be active but want to keep their little ones by their side by offering free babysitting during our 9:15am class.
In our welcoming and supportive environment, you can meet other mums who have the same fitness goals as you. Whether you want to just get fit or lose weight, together you can benefit from a fantastic workout that caters to your specific needs as mums with bubs.
